• Requests after this period cannot be processed

• A clear photo showing the issue is required

• Opened or used products
• No clear defect or issue
• Change of mind or taste preference (coffee is a consumable product)

Exchange Process

• Product will be replaced with the same item or equal value
• Shipping takes 3–5 business days

Refund Process
